Return Policy

At Gaggle, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. We understand every now and then unexpected things can happen during transit from our warehouse to your home/facility. So for damaged or missing parts, or if you need assembly assistance, feel free to contact us at our toll-free number, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET, (234) 400-0724 or anytime by email: hello@GoGaggleGo.com or complete our contact us form. 

For returns, simply contact our Customer Service team to receive a return authorization number. We suggest using a carrier that provides tracking and delivery confirmation as we are not liable for returned packages until they are verified to be in our possession. Used and fully assembled items cannot be returned. Note: the return shipping charge is your responsibility. 

If for any reason you decide not to assemble the product, contact Customer Service to arrange a return within 60 days of date of invoice for credit consideration. Merchandise should be returned in new condition and in the original box(es) as received. All paperwork should be included with your return to ensure a prompt and accurate credit. Upon receipt of return, we will inspect your return to ensure that it abides by our return policy. If your return is in good order, the credit card and card number used to purchase your merchandise will be credited. Any credit will be less the original shipping charges. This process can take up to 4 weeks after we receive your return. All returns received that do not abide by our return policy will be held until the customer sends us a prepaid label to return the merchandise to them. This typically applies to used merchandise. 
Maintenance & Cleaning

The Parade 6 buggy can be cleaned with a mild solution of soap and water. Rinse well with clear water to remove the soap solution. Never use cleaning agents that may contain chemicals hazardous to children.

Do not sure cleaners with abrasives, as these may scratch the roof surface.

The harness straps can be cleaned with soap and water, and should be wiped or air dried after cleaning.

Frequently asked questions

Does it have reclining seats?

No, the seats in the Parade 6 buggy are made from contoured plastic. Each seat does have its own QuickFit™ safety harness, however, for quick and convenient adjustments that ensure a snug, customized fit for each passenger. There is also a separate infant seat for newborns up through 12 months of age, or 25 pounds.
Does it have a canopy for shade?

The Parade 6 has a durable, 100 % polyester roof (sold separately) that provides shade for riders and protects them from rain while still ensuring visibility for caregivers. 
Does it fold?

No, the Parade 6 doesn’t fold, but because it is made with impact-resistant plastic it can be stored both inside and outside (preferably with a weather cover).
Is it easy to push?

Yes, Parade 6 is surprisingly easy to push with an ergonomic foam-wrapped handle, a hand-operated brake, and smooth steering capabilities designed to maximize maneuverability.
